Description
This full bore knife gate valve, also known as full port knife gate valve, delivers an unobstructed full bore passage when fully open, eliminating dead zones where solids can accumulate. The sharp-edged gate easily cuts through fibrous, viscous and solid-laden media, preventing blockage.
Available in cast iron, ductile iron and stainless steel body materials, paired with multiple seal options including rubber, PTFE and metal seat to adapt to diverse working conditions. Flange connection is standard, and custom sizes are supported to match project requirements.
The valve is commonly applied in mining, paper & pulp, wastewater treatment, chemical, power and slurry transportation systems. It performs well for bi-directional shut-off, with compact structure and easy maintenance compared with conventional gate valves. It is suitable for low to medium pressure service, focusing on reliable isolation for media carrying solids and fibers.
