PET/PLA environmental sheet extrusion line: SUZHOU JWELL develops the parallel twin screw extrusion line for PET/PLA sheet, this line equipped with degassing system, and no need drying and crystallizing unit. The extrusion line has the properties of low energy comsuption, simple production process and easy maintenance. The segmented screw structure can reduce the viscosity loss of PET/PLA resin, the symmetrical and thin-wall calender roller highten the cooling effect and improve the capactity and sheet quality. 1、Q: What are the main differences between single-screw and twin-screw extrusion lines? How to choose the right model for you?
A: Single screw extruder is suitable for conventional PET sheet production, with high cost performance; twin screw extruder has better mixing effect and is suitable for high filling, recycled or modified PET production. Suzhou Jwell can recommend suitable models according to your raw material characteristics, output requirements (such as 500-2000kg/h) and product precision, and provide free selection consultation.
2、Q: What is the maximum capacity of the production line? What is the energy consumption?
A: The production capacity of JWELL production line covers 300-3000kg/h, depending on the model configuration. We adopt high-efficiency energy-saving design (such as servo drive, heat recovery system), and the energy consumption is 15%-20% lower than the industry standard, and provide energy consumption comparison data for reference.
3、Q: What is the thickness range of the produced sheets? What is the thickness error that can be controlled?
A: The thickness range is 0.1-6mm (customizable). Using JWELL high-precision die head and online thickness gauge, the thickness error can be controlled within ±0.02mm.
