Description
It is suitable for electric cable heating to extract oil wells for heavy oil
well.
The long plunger sand control pump is a dipper pump for use in oil wells
containing abrasive or dirty fluids. This pump has a long, smooth plunger that
passes through a relatively short liner section with tight tolerances in
between. The cylinder liner works the entire length of the plunger without going
over either end. Sharp corners on the liner wipe the surface of the plunger
clean with each stroke, preventing sand from entering the area between the liner
and the plunger. The oversized top plunger cage creates turbulence in the
chamber above the top bushing, further preventing sand from accumulating in this
area.

During the pumping stroke, the turbulence created by the movement of the pump
barrel assembly prevents sand from settling on the compression assembly, which
can cause the pump to become stuck in the tubing. During shutdown, the mobile
valve acts as a check valve to prevent sand from entering the pump bore.
Features:
1) Hollow structure, the hollow sucker rod can be connected up and down, and
the cable can be connected to the middle of the bottom of the pump;
2) Both the moving valve and the fixed valve are mechanical ring valves,
which can be opened and closed in time and the sealing is reliable;
3) No need to move the tubing string, the plunger and fixed valve can be
lifted out of the hollow sucker rod string for pump inspection.
Application:
Heavy oil wells that require heating cables to perform over-pump heating of
the crude oil in the pipe string; test wells that require oil extraction and
under-pump testing.
